Explore career choices and find the colleges that are right for you. Students will leave this course with a list of safety and reach choices for college.

College Essay Writing Course

Learn how to convey your unique personality and experiences in your college essays. Students will write essays for the U.C. and common applications that will be ready to send in November. Students may also bring in essay topics from other applications.

Private College Counseling with Jill Duoto

Planning for college can begin as early as middle school. We work together to come up with long term goals and make a four year plan which includes coursework, summer activities, and extracurricular involvement purposefully chosen to achieve meaningful goals.  For high school students, we explore careers, research colleges and create a college list specially targeting your skills and interests. When it comes time for testing, we will design an individualized preparation plan and testing schedule that fits with your busy schedule. We can also help you to fine tune your ideas for college essays and make sure that they clearly communicate to college admission officers your true talents and character.
