Oscar has a passion for learning and teaching and was the first person in his family to attend college. He worked with the Upward Bound program for four years, helping low-income and first-generation high school students achieve their dreams of attending college. A teacher at High Bluff Academy since 2008, Oscar provides instruction in mathematics and SAT/ACT prep and has developed a unique music class that combines history, theory, performance, and production.
When he is not teaching, Oscar enjoys playing tennis, working out, and working as a DJ.
